ScribbleSign and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ScribbleSign and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScribbleSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but you may request a copy of your data.
